To provide a whole package solution of the products in regards to the variety materials, the Group is equipped with all necessary machines and production process lines.
Machining Capacity: We have 64 CNC machine centers, 27 NC lathes, 12 Milling machines, xx Heavy horizontal lathes, Vertical lathes, drilling machines etc, to make all machining and tools/gauges/fixtures.
Tools/Gauges: Over the years, we have built a large range of stock tools/gauges, including broaching cutters, all kinds of thread gauges for ANSI / ASTM / Chinese standards.。。。。。。
Iron Castings: Two foundries provide the capacity of 600 tons per month of clay sand castings, resin sand castings and lost foam castings, with 40+ Casting Equipment, including: 2 of 1.5 Ton and 3 of 0.75Ton electric induction furnace; 1 resin sand line; 1 clay sand line; 1 lost foam line, 4 Automatic core shooters; 1 annealing machine, shot blasting，painting room, with full machining process as well, including CNC, Heavy horizontal lathes, Vertical lathes, drilling machines. We have built more than 1,000 types of casting patterns and products.
